On June 29^th, at 9:00 A.M. localtime of South Africa, PENGXIN MINING ORKNEY GOLD MINE (CAPM) has successfullyproduced the first vehicle of gold ore, marking the official resumption ofproduction of ORKNEY GOLD MINE. It is less than a month since the assets of theORKNEY GOLD MINE were officially incorporated into Pengxin Mining on June 7^th.Such high efficiency reflects again the striving spirits and tenacious struggleof Pengxin Mining, especially the newly formed ORKNEY GOLD MINE team.

To achieve the stated goal of resumption ofproduction on June 29^th, the newly formed management and their teamof ORKNEY GOLD MINEhave fully carried forward the entrepreneurial spirit of not being afraid ofhardship and do with no complaint, made concerted efforts and worked hard dayand night to overcome various difficulties and to ensure that all equipmentrunning well and all formalities are legal and compliant, and to perfect allthe safety systems of the mine and obtain the license of the Department ofMineral Resources of South Africa. And finally, they have successfully producedthe first vehicle of gold ore, that is, as it were, "where there is a will,there is a way".

The successfulresumption of production of ORKNEY GOLD MINE also marks the formal emergence ofthe third largest category of products of PENGXIN MINING in addition to copperand cobalt, which has further enriched its layout in the field of non-ferrousmetals and made a big move in achieving the vision of "Leading global providerof integrated resources".
