The Chinese nation has achieved the tremendous transformation from standing up and growing prosperous to becoming strong, China’s national rejuvenation has become a historical inevitability. 

On June 29, as the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China is approaching, Pengxin Mining organized a symposium of party members. Members of the party group of Pengxin Mining gathered to watch the live broadcast of the “July 1st Medal Award Ceremony”, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, looking back on the glorious journey the Party has traveled, celebrating the great achievements of the Party, and looking ahead to the bright prospects. Mr. Chu Yuejiang, Executive Vice President, attended the symposium. The symposium was presided over by He Yin, Senior Vice President of the Company. 

At the beginning of the symposium, the party group of Pengxin Mining watched the live broadcast of “July 1st Medal Award Ceremony”, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The “July 1st Medal Award Ceremony” celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of was grandly held at the Great Hall of the People. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, Chinese president, and chairman of the Central Military Commission, awarded the medals and delivered an important speech. All members of the party group of Pengxin Mining actively studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech, deeply felt the meritorious deeds of 29 “July 1st Medal” winners, and talked about their feelings about thoughts, learning, life and work by combining with their own actual situation.

In order to study and implement the spirit of the important guiding instructions of the General Secretary Xi Jinping, honor the outstanding, promote righteousness, motivate and guide party members to stay true to the original aspiration and founding mission of the Party, and strive to equal them when you see worthy ones, the party group of Pengxin Mining awarded Zhang Jin, Lu Kangming, Qian Heze, and Li Xiaochen the honor of “Outstanding Party Member”, this is more of a recognition of their hard work in the past year.

Facing the new era, new situation, and new challenges, the leadership of the company also put forward new requirements for everyone. 

He Yin said that the purpose of this symposium is to learn from the spirit of the speech delivered at the Party’s 100th anniversary, understand and grasp the trend of the times, but it needs to be put into practice in specific job ultimately. As a private enterprise, while abiding by laws and accepting the leadership of the Communist Party of China, Pengxin also requires party members in the company to set high standards for themselves in their work and play a leading role. He Yin recounted his work experience and stressed that he hoped everyone would always bear in mind the basic requirements of party members and abide by the basic regulations.

Chu Yuejiang said that today marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which is a very memorable day, and it is also worth reflecting on ourselves through this event. Looking back at the history of the Party’s development in the past century, we can see that our life is nothing different from that of the Party, and there are many experiences and truths that we need to learn and understand. There are four points that I would like to share with you. First, stick to the way to your goal. Fromm the perspective of the Communist Party of China, it is the communist ideal; from the perspective of the company, it is to achieve the goal of 100 billion market value of Pengxin. Second, base your self on virtue. As a party member, we should adhere to the objective and concept of serving the people, constantly strengthen our own ideological and moral construction, and practice the core values of socialism; as an enterprise, we should abide by social laws and regulations, undertake due responsibilities and obligations. A gentle man should hold the outer world with broad mind. We should keep abreast with the advanced model and derive the strengthen of forging ahead from the role models, thus we will build a mighty force for starting again on our new journey. Third, lean upon benevolence. After all, personal career and strength are limited. The CPC has grown into a ruling party with 95.145 million members. Only by uniting like-minded people and supporting each other have it made such tremendous achievements under unprecedented changes. Fourth, take your recreation in the six arts. With the development of the times and the passage of time, “arts” in the new era pays more attention to improving skills and building solid basic skills. Only with solid theory basis and strong abilities can we maintain our core competitiveness and bravely scale new heights. Finally, I hope that all party members present here will insist on the concept that as long as we move on step by step, our goals will come naturally.

The symposium in the morning came to an end in the ceremony of “Reviewing the Party admission oath, staying true to the original aspiration and founding mission of the Party”. All the staff members faced the party flag, raised their right hands, clenched their fists over their shoulders, and read the party admission oath word by word again to review their original aspiration and mission. 

In the afternoon of the same day, He Yin, senior vice president of the company, led the team of representatives of Pengxin Mining’s party group to visit the memorial of the first National Congress of the Communist Party of China, approaching the thrilling and turbulent years once again. 

“Great things have small beginnings.” Enter the exhibition hall of “Original aspiration and mission” that throughout the exhibition hall, including the preface hall, “Going forward and saving the nation from subjugation”, “Awakening of the people and the choice of doctrine”, “Early organization, the spark burning”, “The epoch-making, the sunrise in the east”, “Forging ahead, glorious journey” and the tail hall. The party members of Pengxin Mining have learned about the history of the birth of the Communist Party of China systematically through a variety of display means. All inner complexity aside, remember that only by staying true to our original aspiration can we comfort the history.
