Pengxin Mining Held the Organizational Structure Adjustment and Mid-level Cadres Post Competition of Mobilization Meeting

On the afternoon of November 25th, Pengxin Mining successfully held the organizational structure adjustment and mid-level cadres post competition mobilization meeting. The chairman Mr. Wang Jinding attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Mr. Zhu Xiaowei, HR & Administrative Director, presided over the meeting, and the leadership of the company, all employees of Shanghai headquarters, all employees at mid-level and above of business units at home and abroad attended the meeting (online).  


Organizational structure and personnel adjustment are the intrinsic requirements for enterprises to be better and stronger facing with the new situation. At the meeting, Mr. Zhu Xiaowei announced the “Organizational Structure Adjustment and Mid-level Cardre Post Competition Plan of Pengxin Mining” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”).At the meantime, he also made an in-depth interpretation of the scope, conditions, procedures, time, and relevant disciplines and requirements of the mid-level cadre post competition.


Mr. Zhu Xiaowei said that the “Plan” is the achievement of many times of research, discussion, and repeated deliberations by the leadership of the company. It is designed to match with the new strategic development plan of the company while providing career development channels and build a self-display platform for young force who are full of development potential. 


The Chairman Mr. Wand Jinding made a mobilization talk for post competition at the meeting, emphasized that the organizational structure adjustment should match with the enterprise development direction. The organizational structure adjustment of the company is aimed to establish an efficient management and control system that featured “headquarters perfect, the first line is strong, operation is smooth, and the efficiency high” and the remuneration system that unites rights, responsibilities, and interests, and it is an organizational upgrade facing the future, it is an act of taking advantage of the trend and actively innovating. In order to realize the mission of “leading global provider of integrated resources”, the company needs to upgrade the organizational design and organizational capacity continuously, and lay an organizational foundation and solid leadership force for the development of the company in the next 3-5 years.

Mr. Wang Jinding said that the mid-level post competition should be carried out strictly in accordance with the “plan” by adhering to the principles of fairness, justice, openness, competitive selection, and two-way selection. A healthy and orderly competition can be formed through the post competition procedures of publicized plan, publicized process and result, as well as according to the methods of selecting and appointing the talented, leadership affirmation, employee recognition, and performance and assessment linkage.

Mr. Wang Jinding required that through the company’s organizational structure adjustment and the implementation of mid-level post competition, we should further stimulate the working passion of all colleagues of Pengxin Mining and open a new chapter for the development of Pengxin Mining in 2022. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Wang Jinding called on all colleagues of Pengxin Mining to actively participate in the mid-level post competition and dare to show their talents.
