On the morning ofFebruary 8^th, Mr. Zhang Chunsheng, Vice President of Bank of JiangsuShanghai Branch (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank of Jiangsu”) and hisdelegation visited our company to have an in-depth exchange on theestablishment of cooperative relationships between the two parties. TheChairman of Pengxin International Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as“Pengxin Mining”) Mr. Wang Jinding, the Chief Financial Officer Mr. Li Xuecai,and the General Manager of Planning and Finance Department Mr. Wu Yibinattended the reception meeting.
