A new roundof epidemic broke out in Shanghai in the spring of this year, and the suddenepidemic control policy disrupted the original offline training program of thecompany. Although the epidemic has changed the working style of employees, itwould never reduce the enthusiasm of Pengxin people for learning. We advocatecontinuous learning, and the Human Resources and Administration Department hasorganized a series of online training activities for employees based on theactual situation of working at home during the epidemic prevention, so as tofurther enrich the knowledge and skills for employees, improve their workingcompetence, and enhance their work performance.
In earlyApril, we organized the first round of online training activities during theperiod of the epidemic prevention. The Human Resources and AdministrationDepartment, combined with the actual situation of the current epidemicsituation and work requests, selected the online course “Time Management ofEffective Professionals” of Cloud Institute, which emphasizes the work qualityrequirements of employees during the period of working at home, and aims tofurther upgrade time balance management for employees during the period ofworking at home and improve the efficiency of time management through the time management methods and casesharing described in the course.

On the afternoonof April 15th, the Human Resources and Administration Departmentorganized an online training experience sharing meeting of the course based onthe online learning, and employee representatives of all departments sharedtheir experience at the meeting.
The onlinetraining course is taught by the accomplished trainer Mr. Chen Yuguo, who has explainedin detail the methods and skills of using the three tools of time managementthrough sorting out the three basic principles of time management by taking thecore elements of time management as the starting point based on his richpractical experience.
At the sharing meeting,employee representatives of various departmentsshared their understanding of time management based on the contents of thecourse and the actual work conditions. Mr. Lu Kangming, who is from theCompliance Audit Department, shared his opinion. He said that if you want toachieve high-efficient time management, you should first become aself-disciplined person; Mr. Wang Shanxiu, who is from the Department ofEcology, clarified the essence of time management, which is not time, butmatters, concentration and habits; Mr. Liu Xing, who is from the Department ofEcology, brought us three important points to improve work efficiency, namelyclarifying goals and highlighted affairs, adhering to the rule of 21, andkeeping mindful and continuous reflection; while Mr. Zhao Yue, who is from thePlanning and Operation Department, shared several structural problem-solving methods,such as 5w1H, fishbone diagram, and mind-mapping, based on his experience intime management. The sharing meeting brought us a lot of insightful ideas. Inaddition, colleagues from the Planning and Finance Department, Human Resourcesand Administration Department, and Trade Department actively participated inthe sharing meeting and shared their understandings and experience on timemanagement as well.

The trainingform of “online meeting” breaks the limitation of time and space, responds tothe government’s calls of staying indoors while ensuring continuous trainingfor all employees and sustaining self-improving during the period of epidemicprevention. We believe that our employees will surely gain something throughthe training, and they will make use of all kinds of management tools toimprove work efficiency and achieve better results in their work and life inthe future. At the same time, the epidemic situation is still severe. Based onthe development of the epidemic situation, we will continue to organize relatedonline trainings based on the experience of this online training to ensuresuccessful realization of the annual training program of the company.
