On May 11, due to impact of the epidemic, we heldonline meeting with China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred toas “China Nerin”). Wang Jinding, chairman of Pengxin Mining, Zhang Xiaobo,chairman of China Nerin and secretary of the party committee and Wu Runhua,general manager of China Nerin and deputy secretary of the party committeeattended this meeting.

Wang Jinding looked back the cooperation processand results of both sides. He said that offline communication between bothsides was affected by current epidemic prevention situation, but mutual closecooperation should not be affected by the epidemic. As domestic first-ratetechnical service company, China Nerin has rich experience and leadingtechnology in mining engineering design and other fields. We expect to furtherdeepen bilateral cooperation on the following aspects:

1. Provide technical design, digital mining,engineering supervision, EPC and other consulting services for projectdevelopment and construction; 2. Provide technical innovation service andproduction and training guidance for the project and improve process flow andoperation procedure. 

Wang Jinding emphasized that as Pengxin Mining has deepened Congo (DRC) industrial development and made anew layout for strengthening the development of large mines in South Africa, weshould continuously promote high-quality & in-depth cooperation of bothsides, continue to emphasize and strengthen communication in all aspects, andachieve mutual benefit and win-win results and common development throughlong-term, stable and strategic close cooperation of both sides.

Zhang Xiaobo expressed his appreciation for ourlong-term support and affirmed long-term cooperation of both sides, and thenmade a detailed introduction to the company situation, development results andmanagement team of China Nerin. He said, “Pengxin Mining is our importantpartner. China Nerin will arrange and organize the technical team of experts forcollaboration according to the development needs of Pengxin Mining, and rely onprofessional quality and excellent skills and more extensive, in-depth andcloser cooperation mode to better serve Pengxin Mining and seek for commondevelopment.” He also looked forward to arranging offline visits and exchangesof both sides as soon as possible.
