Endeavor, Persist and Implement ------2022 Mid-Year Summary Meeting of Pengxin Resources

On the afternoon of July 15,2022,Pengxin Resources organized the summary meeting for the first half of Year 2022through the combination of online and offline forms. The meeting was presidedover by the executive vice President Chu Yuejiang. Managing team of thecompany, relevant leaders of various departments and business units, as well asstaff from the headquarters, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, each business unit andfunctional department of the headquarters made an in-depth summary and analysisbased on the work result and performance indicators from the first half of Year2022. At the same time, based on the analysis, they further briefed on theobjectives, ideas, and implementation plans for the following half year. Afterthe report, Board chairman Wang Jinding initiated a mobilization order to allemployees, and put forward five major tasks for the following half year:

A. Implement multiple measures, win thebattle in Congo, and strive for the goal of the year;

B. In the second half of the year, carryon to fulfilled the annual “1 ton of gold” performance index, so as to set asolid foundation of the collective performance index of “3 tons of gold” for Year2023, and “10 tons of gold” for Year 2024;

C. We shall continue to expand our tradescale, steadily improve the profitability and strengthen the brand influence ofthe company's trade platform;

D. Fulfill the two-driven-wheel domesticand foreign strategy, be united, and ensure smooth acquisition of domesticprojects and successive resources in Congo;

E. Seek multiple solutions. Strive forfurther breakthroughs in financing.

To deal with the severe businesssituation this year, the company shall further unify the thought, reduceexpenditure, establish the concept of "persistence, responsibility,confidence, task completion", strengthen the consciousness of crisis, takethe initiative to bear responsibility, be persistent, and strive to achieveannual business goals of Year 2022!
