Ongoing In-house Training at Pengxin Mining

As midsummer is approaching, the impact of COVID-19pandemic on work and life is fading away. Every staff member of PengxinInternational has actively thrown himself or herself into work. In July,Pengxin International strictly implemented the requirements for epidemicprevention and control. What’s more, the Company organized and held in-housetraining for the staff, including lectures on Basic Knowledge of Trade and LegalKnowledge of Confidentiality.

On July 22nd, offline training was resumed as scheduled after the outbreak of the epidemic. Zhu Xuewei, General Manager of the Trade Department, earnestly prepared course ware and gave alecture on Basic Knowledge of Trade.Based on cases, he explained the definition and classification of trade, the transactions of futures and derivatives, risk control and so on. The trainees took part in the classroom interaction and asked questions one after another ina warm atmosphere.

On July 29th, the Legal Director of Compliance Audit Department gave a lecture on the Legal Knowledge of Confidentiality by explaining the definitions of commercial information and commercial standing and sharing cases of information secrecy in order to further strengthen confidentiality management at Pengxin Mining. She also focused on describing the internal confidential information system of Pengxin Mining.

After the training, the Personnel &Administration Department conducted an online test for all the trainees in order to further examine their learning outcome. The full marks were 100 pointsand pass line was 90. All the staff members studied seriously, with the passrate reaching 96%.

The two lectures given in the current month have not only popularized professional knowledge among all employees, but also further enhanced the importance and seriousness of confidentiality management.From the perspectives of business and management, the staff has gained more professional knowledge and raised their awareness of workflow compliance,laying a foundation for their future progress in professional performance.
