The Springseason awakens all things, and the annual planning starts in the Spring. Toeffectively promote employee growth and deepen their professional knowledge ofmajor businesses, the HR Administration Department of Pengxin Mining, in linewith the annual training plan, has invited Tu Jinhan, deputy general manager ofthe Congo company, to carry out the training seminar of Pengxin MiningTechnical Procedure of SMCO Project, so as to go further with theconstruction of an ever-learning organization.

The trainingsession was packed with participants. Mr.Tu introduced the main products andtechnical processes of each production line of SMCO company in detail. For thecopper production line, he explained the full process from mining, grinding andleaching to the final 99.9% cathode copper from the peeling machine in theworkshop. For details of the cobalt hydroxide and sulfuric acid productionlines, the employees had obtained an overall understanding of the manufacturingprocedure of offshore business by means of pictures, illustrations andproduction videos. All the staff had gathered together, listened carefully andlearned a lot.

Throughthis training session, all Pengxin employees will be more familiar with thebusiness, putting more effort on the industry, and seeking better coordinateddevelopment for the company!
