2023 Workers’ Congress of Pengxin Mining was recently held successfully, with the company’s management, business units, functional department heads and staff representatives, attending the meeting in a combination of online and offline formats.
In accordance with the relevant requirements for the election procedures and proportions of staff representatives, the Congress adhered to the principles of“justice, openness, and fairness”. 19 widely representative and excellent staffre presentatives were elected, covering all departments and units. They listened extensively to the opinions and suggestions of workers, selected valuable,constructive, feasible, universal content that would help the development of the company, departments and employees, and actively submitted 27 proposals. 19 worker representatives from home and abroad attended the meeting and read out their proposals, which covered organizational construction, business management, mechanism innovation, digital construction, salary and benefits,administrative management, etc.
The company’s management attaches great importance to what employees feel and think. Relevant leaders and department heads responded to the proposals submitted by the representatives one by one and stated that they would actively implement reasonable proposals. In addition, the“2023 Management System Compilation of Pengxin International Mining Co., Ltd. ” was considered and approved by voting at this meeting, further consolidating the company’s institutionalized and standardized management foundation to ensure its healthy and long-term development.
