Happy Celebrating Party for National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival in Charming Autumn with Sweet Fragrance of Osmanthus Fragrans and Full Moon When the Mid-autumnFestival fortunately meeting the National Day, the domestic and overseas employees of Pengxin Mining celebrated the two holidays together. We organized abundant festival cultural activities, which have further enriched the culturallife of employees, enhanced communication, exchange, and team collaboration awareness among employees, strengthened employee cohesion, and stimulated their passion for work.

Pengxin Mining Shanghai headquarters organized a unique and fantastic"Sweet Mid Autumn Festival" mooncake DIY party jointly with GF Securities. Through mooncake making, we aimed to inherit Chinese culture,convey sweetness and joy to employees, enhance team cohesion, and further strengthen their sense of belonging.



Our employees formed teams across departments spontaneously and cooperated judiciously. After processes such as dough making, stirring, cutting, stuffing,film pressing and packaging, exquisite mooncakes gradually appeared in front ofus. They said that in this activity, they not only learned to make mooncakes,but also realized the importance of teamwork and the charm of traditional culture. When they took the mooncakes back home to share with their families,they also felt the company's care and greetings.


Enjoy the festivals in the bright moon Pengxin Mining SMCO also organized a"Pengxin Mining, We are a Family" evening party to celebrate the Mid-autumn Festival and National Day in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Chinese employees, Congolese employees, and partners were invited to join in.


SMCO attached great importance to this evening party and had established aninternal party preparation team. Through meticulous planning in the early stage, it solicited and selected programs from all employees, ultimatelydetermined the programs and conducted multiple rehearsals. Singing and dancing performances were presented throughout the evening party, and the best program award was selected through a combination of performance and competition. The party also featured multiple interactive games and lucky draws, showcasing avariety of highlights. It is worth mentioning that the company specially organized and arranged a dance team composed of local employees to present wonderful group dance performances.

  

 

Before the Mid-autumn Festival party, the SMCO basketball team invited their partner Tianci basketball team to jointly hold an exciting basketball friendship game to further promote interaction and communication with their partners.

 

The employees actively participated in this themed activity, demonstrating highenthusiasm and passion, and fully reflecting the team work spirit and sense of collective honor. Everybody buckled down in both exciting performances andinteractive gaming sessions, contributing to countless joys and moving secondsto this wonderful festival. The activity site was filled with happy laughtersand cheers, and everyone was enchanted in this joyful atmosphere, feeling the care and warmth from the company.
