In order to further create a honest and pragmatic working atmosphere, and build a team with loyalty and sense of responsibility,combined with the annual arrangement of the company's integrity education, the company has decided to take May as the company's " Integrity Month ",and organize the implementation of the theme of integrity education activities,while making three deployments, namely, a integrity education, a integritycommitment, as well as a integrity inspection.

The Compliance and Audit Department and the Personnel and Administration Department of the company organized a Pengxin Mining Integrity Theme Education Working Conference together on May 11th, which was attended by the leadership team of the company's headquarter, the head and deputy head of the functional departments, and the team members of the business units through the online and offline methods. At the conference, the Compliance and Audit Department carried out training around the company's system and legal provisions (crime of functional embezzlement, bribery crime of non-officialservant , etc.), combined with the market's external anti-corruption environment, internal compliance auditing and code of conduct for employees andother relevant system requirements, and shared the relevant real warning casesboth internally and externally, and further deepened the ideological line of defense for prevention and control of corruption by watching the warning educational film.

The main core business department heads and representatives of the company exchanged insights into their positions,emphasizing their own work to up hold the requirements of self-discipline andintegrity of the work style. All participants at the conference carefullystudied the content of the "Integrity and Self-discipline Commitment", and solemnly completed the signing of the "Integrity and Self-discipline Commitment". Moreover, the overseas business units under the company also held educational activities on the theme.



Focusing on the theme of the conference, the leadership of the company put forward requirements for the company's integrity education: we should pay continuous attention to the anti-corruption work and effectively implement the spirit of the conference into our daily work. The company's staffin all departments should strengthen their self requirements, make good supervision of each other, and fundamentally eliminate corruption; the company's compliance department should take the system and mechanism as the grasp, strengthen the construction of the internal control system, and take strict control, making the anti-corruption monitoring deepen into all aspects of the company.
Furthermore, the Personnel and Administration Department of the company will organize a field inspection this month, to further strengthen the depth of integrity education and learning in the form of zero-distance visit.
