In order to better listen to the voices of employees, improve communication and promote the development of the Company, Pengxin Mining recently successfully held the 2024 Annual Workers' Congress. The leadership team of the Company,heads of business units and functional departments, and employee representatives attended the meeting by a combination of online and offline methods.

According to the election procedures and requirements, the Workers' Congress set up 7 constituencies based on business units and departments, and elected 17 excellent employee representatives, who covered all departments and units with broad representativeness of employees.

In the spirit of being responsible for the Company and its employees, the employee representatives listened to the opinions and suggestions of the employees and selected 20 proposals that are valuable, constructive, feasible as well as useful for the development of the Company, mainly related to the categories of operation and management, remuneration and benefits, performance incentives,administration and culture construction.

The responsible persons of the relevant departments of the Company replied to the proposals of the employee representatives respectively, and indicated that they would actively implement the relevant reasonable proposals. The Congress fully embodied the Company's concept of attaching importance to the interests and development of the employees, and demonstrated an atmosphere of benign interaction and seeking common development.

The Congress also approved the 2024 edition of "Compilation of Management System of Pengxin Mining", which further strengthened the management cornerstone of Pengxin Mining in standardization, institutionalization and normalization, and guaranteed the sustainable development of the Company.

The leaders of the Company expressed their gratitude to the successful convening of the Workers' Congress, all the attending employee representatives and staff members, and expressed their support for the advice and suggestions of the employee representatives.
