On theafternoon of July 25, Pengxin Mining's 2024 Half-Year Work Summarization Meeting was held at its headquarters in Shanghai. The members of the Company's leadership team, heads of business units, departments and employee representatives attended the meeting through a combination of online and offline.

At the meeting, each business unit and department carried out in-depth summarization and analysis of the first-half of 2024, mainly covering the review of 2024 KPI indicators, annual key work results, issues in the work and measures to solve them, etc., and highlighted the planning of key work in the second-half of the year, the implementation of the path, and put forward views and suggestions on the development of the Company.

Zhang Suwei, President of Pengxin Mining, made a comprehensive and in-depth review of the first-half work results and issues of each department and business unit,and put forward specific requirements for the second-half of the year, which further clarified the ideas and priorities for the second-half of the year.

Wang Jian, Chairman of Pengxin Mining, stated in his speech that the focus of this meeting is to summarize and review the work of the first-half of the year 2024,as well as to make deployment of key business tasks in the second-half of the year in conjunction with the Company's strategic plan for the year 2024.
