On August 22nd, WangJian, Chairman of Pengxin Mining, led a team to the 7th Brigade of Jiangxi Geological Bureau to have an in-depth exchange with Chen Wu, member of the Party Committee and captain of the team, and relevant leaders on the mining investment of Pengxin Mining in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, as well as the cooperation of industrial resources.

At the meeting, WangJian, Chairman of Pengxin Mining, made a comprehensive introduction on the development history, industrial layout, comprehensive strength and corporate culture of the Company. Wang Jian expressed that Pengxin takes mining as the core and foundation of the company's industry, focusing on the development of copper, gold, cobalt and other metal resources. The Company owns many high-quality assets, such as the Shituru Copper Mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo (D.R.C.) and the Orkney Gold Mine in South Africa, and is actively searching for and developing high-quality mine resources in China. Moreover,Pengxin Mining has made use of diversified investment methods to select domestic and overseas high-quality resources for industrial layout, further improve its asset structure and optimize the combination of stock and incremental assets. Pengxin Mining is working step by step to realize the linkage of domestic and overseas industries in accordance with the Company's domestic and overseas “double-wheel drive” development strategy, to further strengthen the core competitiveness of the Company, making efforts towards the vision of becoming a “world-leading integrated resource service provider”.

The leaders of the 7th Brigade of Jiangxi Geological Bureau welcomed the arrival of Pengxin Mining and introduced the existing situation, development history and future planning of the 7th Brigade, which fully demonstrated the strength of the 7th Brigade as acomprehensive geological exploration unit with strong economic strength,comprehensive technical strength, excellent team quality and remarkable results in locating minerals. Over the past 70 years, the 7th Brigade has always bornein mind the mission of providing resources for the economic and social development of the country and the local community, and has discovered 103 kinds of minerals, including 68 kinds of proven reserves, and found more than 200 mineral deposits and thousands of mineralization sites.

Chen Wu, the captain of the 7th Brigade of Jiangxi Provincial Geological Bureau, fully affirmed the cooperation idea and vision plan put forward by Pengxin Mining, and was willing to actively communicate and coordinate with all parties concerned, as well as to strengthen the cooperation, in order to promote the realization of the advantages of various elements such as resources, technology, industry and capital, etc., and to promote the realization of the mutual benefits of all parties in the cooperation.
