On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republicof China, Pengxin Mining's Shanghai headquarters organized a splendid and meaningful “Creating a Better Future for Pengxin Mining with Joint Efforts”themed canoeing team building activity. The theme of this team building activity aims to further enhance team cohesion, improve teamwork awareness, and inspire employees to overcome difficulties as well as the industrial spirit of striving for excellence.

The sunshine of autumn shone on the sparkling water, which became a stage for our employees to show their team's vitality and collaboration. The colorful canoesfloated quietly on the water, waiting for the employees who want to conquer and drive them. Each canoe is like a warship carrying dreams and hopes, while the paddles in the hands of the employees are the weapons leading to victory. In the process of the activity, all of them divided the duties clearly, some of them were responsible for grasping the direction, and some of them paddled the oars with all their strength. The paddle was full of power as if it was cast ingold, stirring up waves on the water surface, which is not only the physical ripples, but also a concrete manifestation of the power of teamwork. Everyone in the process of concerted efforts, and gradually forged the sharpness belonging to our team, which is the courage in the face of difficulties, and the tacit understanding in teamwork.

Facing the unpredictable waters, the participants deeply realized the true meaning of“sharing the difficulties together”. Whether it is to adjust the balance,coordinate the rhythm, or to deal with sudden challenges, all need a high degree of tacit understanding and close cooperation between team members. This tacit understanding and cooperation is the direct reflection of team cohesion.Driven by common goals and beliefs, all participants seemed to be tightly connected by an invisible force, which created an indestructible team soul.

Through the various fun games, each team competed fiercely in different game programs,and actively showed their strength and teamwork ability. Every employee was highly enthusiastic in the activities, with sincere mind, gathering the strong force to bring the company's resource advantages into full play, just like the dazzling starlight, shining on the water with the unique light belonging to the Pengxin people.

This team building activity not only let our employees free themselves from busy schedules, enjoy the beauty of nature, and relieve physical and mental pressure, but also greatly enhanced the collaboration and tacit understanding among team members. The participants actively worked hard without slacking off,which made the activity smoothly and satisfactorily carried out and achieved more than expected results.
