Recently, Mr. Li Xuecai, Assistant to the Chairman of Pengxin Mining and Chairman of CAPM, a subsidiary of Pengxin Mining in South Africa, paid a visit to the Chairman of the International Relationsand Cooperation Committee of South African National Assembly, Mr. Supra Obakeng Ramoeletsi Mahumapelo, in the administrative capital of South Africa, Pretoria,where he had an in-depth conversation with Mr. Mahumapelo.

The visit coincided with the end of Chairman Mahumapelo's visit to Shanghai in mid-October, where he praised Shanghai's economic and social development achievements and expressed his hope that more Chinese companies would strengthen their cooperation and exchanges with South African companies as he gained more insight into Shanghai. Pengxin Mining is one of the representatives of private enterprises expanding overseas market in Shanghai. Mr. Li Xuecai firstly expressed his gratitude to Chairman Mahumapelo for his warm reception, introduced the development history of Pengxin Mining in South Africa, reported and exchanged the development plan of the company in South Africa, and emphasized that CAPM will be the focus of Pengxin Mining's business, and the first phase of the project is currently undergoing development work in a tight schedule. He also expressed his expectation for more interaction and exchanges between the two sides in terms of government relations, community relations and investment development.

Chairman Mahumapelo thanked Pengxin for its investment and job creation in South Africa and its outstanding contribution to the South African economy and community, and expressed that he would certainly make his best effort to provide good services and create an excellent investment environment for the development of Pengxin Mining in South Africa.
