On January 18th, the 2024 work annual summary meeting of Pengxin Mining was held at the company's headquarters in Shanghai in a hybrid format, combining both online and offline participation. The company's leadership team, heads of various business units and departments attended the meeting, while employee representatives were also present as observers.

During the meeting, each business unit and department provided a comprehensive summary of their work in 2024. At the meeting, in view of the performance evaluation results for the year 2024,Mr. Chu Yuejiang, Assistant to the Chairman of the Board, read out the Decisionon Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals for the Year 2024. The meeting honored the advanced collectives and individuals for their outstanding contributions. Through this commendation of advanced individuals and collectives, the company further inspired all employees to take the advanced as role models, to strive hard and work diligently, and to contribute to the company's high-quality development.

Mr.Wang Jian, Chairman of Pengxin Mining, delivered a speech. Mr. Wang emphasized that the key focus of the meeting was to summarize and review the work of 2024,as well as to clarify the strategic planning and key business deployment forPengxin Mining in 2025. Despite numerous challenges in 2024, the company's team remained positive and demonstrated the courage to take responsibility and face challenges. Mr.Wang stressed that 2025 is a crucial year for the company's performance break through. In line with the company's development, he proposed six key areas of focus: budget management, organizational construction, technological innovation, comprehensive risk management, external investment development, and capital market value management.
