In seven years, all the cells of a human bodycan be completed renewed and people could receive a “new life”, therefore,there is a saying that “Seven years constitute a lifetime.” In the rapidlychanging moment, too many changes may occur in “a lifetime”, especially inyoung people who are just able to make their own choices and open to unlimitedpossibilities.

When peers around are constantly changingtheir identities, some young people choose to hold on to their original ideals.On February 13^th, a short video entitled “Seven Years”, which tellsthe story of an “extraordinary” young man who holds on to his original idealsfor seven years, was broadcasted at the “Pengxin Group Annual Meeting and NewYear Forum 2018”.

The 3 minutes 29 seconds short video was shotby Pengxin Mining SMCO staff, who has no professional training, withunprofessional photographic equipment. Yuan Kui, who played himself truly,looked shy, and his gesture and expressions were rather stiff. But the“amateur” and “simple” shooting and performance successfully reflected thegreatest sincerity of SMCO staff and touched people’s hearts.

However, the most touching thing is surely thereal experience of Yuan Kui and SMCO growing together in the past seven years,his ambitious beginner’s heart and the unconditional understanding and supporthe received.
